Office of Information Technology
Help Desk
Help Desk is the first point of contact for requests to OIT, including all kinds of University computer and telephone troubleshooting, installation of authorized programs on University owned computers, virus questions, getting NDNU e-mail accounts established, etc. The Help Desk is located in Toso Courtrai.
If there is an issue that the Help Desk is not able to resolve over the phone, the technician will create a trouble ticket and assign it a priority and a technician. When contacting the Help Desk department, please provide relevant contact information and availability in order to expedite the resolution of your trouble ticket. Note that OIT Help Desk staff are not authorized to work on non-NDNU-owned computers or devices.
Certain trouble tickets will be directed to the Network Services Team, which is staffed to assist with in-campus wireless connection, network resource access problems, network printing problems, and in-campus internet connection. Network Services is also unable to provide support for home internet access issues or with non-NDNU-owned peripherals.
For Technical Support, just email helpdesk2@ndnu.edu, or call extension 3555.
