Agresti brings depth of experience in advancement work for local organizations to NDNU
BELMONT, Calif. (November 3, 2021) – Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU) recently named Aric Agresti as Vice President for Advancement. Aric has nearly fifteen years of experience in advancement work, both in nonprofit organizations and in institutions of higher education. Prior to joining NDNU, Aric worked with nine Boy Scouts of America Councils in the greater Bay Area to grow their development programs through cultivation of individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
“We are delighted to have Aric on board,” said NDNU President Beth Martin. “His depth of experience and community connections will benefit NDNU as we look ahead to our bright future as a primarily graduate university.”
A Bay Area native, Aric has lived and worked in California his entire life. “Growing up in Belmont afforded me a special opportunity to see the importance of NDNU to our community,” said Aric. “I am thrilled to join the NDNU family, and I look forward to working with our donors, alumni, and community members to help secure the future of this wonderful institution.”
When he is not working, Aric volunteers his time and sits on various boards in the community including the Burlingame Community Education Foundation, Burlingame Girls Softball, Burlingame Recreation Center Project, and Junipero Serra High School. Aric holds a BA in Communications from Sacramento State University and an MA from the University of San Francisco.
