NDNU Welcomes Arlene Cash as Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management
Cash brings over 20 years of leadership experience in enrollment management.
BELMONT, CA. (July 5, 2022) – Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU)
President Dr. Lizbeth Martin announced the recent appointment of Arlene Cash, as Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management. Cash has held enrollment leadership positions in several institutions; including the University of Arkansas, Spellman College, University of the Pacific, Guilford College and most recently serving as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success at Frostburg State University in Maryland.

I’m looking forward to embracing NDNU’s core values and collaborating with the faculty, alumni and the administration to address the evolving needs and expectations of higher education students to ensure we achieve our enrollment goals over the coming years,” said Cash.
Cash is a graduate of Keuka College, where she earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Philosophy and Kent State University, where she earned an MA in Philosophy.
“I’m excited to welcome Arlene to NDNU,” Martin said. “Her decades of enrollment leadership experience and strong analytical approach to build acquisition strategies has enabled her to successfully build a diverse array of institutions across the spectrum of higher education. Arlene’s leadership style embodies a collaborative, transparent, and student-centered approach to institutional partnerships and leadership. Bringing her talents to lead the enrollment team will help define the future of the new NDNU.”
